Clean Bee Consulting (“Clean Bee,” “we,” “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and in our communications with you, how we use it, who helps us handle it, and the choices you have. It covers cleanbeeconsulting.com, including our Hive Collective and Full Throttle Finance® pages, and our emails and text messages with you. It does not cover third-party websites or apps that we link to.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book a call, join a waitlist or email us, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, industry, state, the services you’re interested in and anything you write in a message.

Information we need to provide services. If you become a client, we may collect more detailed information through secure transfers, intake forms and your own records. Depending on the work, that can include financial records, payroll and tax information, Social Security or other identification numbers, and documents needed for registrations or filings. That information is handled under your engagement agreement and is not collected through this website’s public forms.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request. We use this to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To send updates you asked for, such as Full Throttle Finance® enrollment news when you join the waitlist

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Service providers we use

We rely on trusted providers to run this website and our business. They handle information only to provide their services to us:

• Netlify hosts this website and receives website form submissions.
• Google Workspace provides our email and document storage. This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads.
• Calendly handles call scheduling when you book a consultation.
• YouTube hosts the videos we link to. If you watch them, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies.
• If we open enrollment for Full Throttle Finance® programs, our course and community platform and payment processor will handle registration and payments. We will update this policy before that happens.

Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website, and we do not currently use website analytics. The third-party services above may set their own cookies when you use them, for example when you book a call through Calendly or watch a video on YouTube. You can manage cookies in your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and waitlist information only as long as it’s useful for responding to you or sending the updates you asked for. Client records are kept for as long as our engagement and our legal, tax and professional record-keeping obligations require.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections on this website and access controls on our business systems. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information you’ve given us by emailing accounting@cleanbeeconsulting.com.
• You can unsubscribe from any email update at any time using the link in the email, or by replying to tell us.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws. We will respond to requests as required by applicable law.

We may not be able to delete information we are legally required to keep, such as records tied to tax filings or payroll.

Children

This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email accounting@cleanbeeconsulting.com and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
